Recent Amphibians and Reptiles Collection

The collection was established with the creation of the museum. The main part of the herpetological materials are stored in the former bomb shelter of the museum, and the rest is in the exhibition hall.

There are no accurate quantitative statistics at the moment due to a certain amount of non-registered material. The registered specimens number about 2680 amphibians and reptiles.
