Abstract: The Symphyla are reported from Bulgaria for the first time viz. Scutigerella palmonii Michelbacher, 1942 (Scutigerellidae), and Symphylella vulgaris (Hansen, 1903) (Scolopendrellidae). The world distribution of the two species is summarized.
